Sosialisasi Penggunaan Big Data Analytics dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Berbasis Data di Sektor Publik

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah mendorong kebutuhan akan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data di sektor publik. Big Data Analytics menjadi solusi strategis untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data dalam jumlah besar guna menghasilkan informasi yang akurat dan efektif. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mensosialisasikan penggunaan Big Data Analytics kepada para pelaku di sektor publik agar mampu memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode sosialisasi dilakukan melalui workshop interaktif dengan pendekatan teori, praktik langsung, serta diskusi kelompok menggunakan perangkat lunak populer seperti Python dan Tableau. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep serta keterampilan teknis peserta, sekaligus menumbuhkan kesadaran pentingnya etika penggunaan data pribadi. Program ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat transformasi digital menuju tata kelola pemerintahan modern yang transparan, akuntabel, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.
